THE STEWARDSHIP BUNDLE GIVEAWAY — OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
These Official Rules govern the Stewardship Bundle Giveaway (the "Giveaway") conducted by The Stewardship Group ("Sponsor") at the 2026 General Conference in Salt Lake City, Utah ("General Conference" or "Event"). By entering, each entrant agrees to these Official Rules.
1. SPONSOR
The Giveaway is sponsored by The Stewardship Group ("Sponsor").
2. GIVEAWAY PERIOD
The Giveaway begins at the opening of the Sponsor's booth on the first day of the 2026 General Conference and ends at 3 PM MST, Friday, Oct. 2, 2026 ("Entry Period"). The winner will be selected and announced as described in Section 8 below.
3. ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible to enter, an entrant must meet ALL of the following requirements:
- Authorized Representative. The entrant must be a person with actual authority to register their local church for the Giveaway, such as a pastor, licensed minister, or church administrator. Entries submitted by individuals without such authority on behalf of a church will be disqualified.
- Church Affiliation. The church being registered must be a legitimate, currently affiliated congregation of the United Pentecostal Church International (UPCI) in good standing at the time of entry and at the time the prize is awarded.
- Physical Presence. The entrant must be physically present at the 2026 General Conference in Salt Lake City, Utah, at the time of entry.
- One Entry Per Church. Only one entry per church will be accepted. If multiple entries are received on behalf of the same church, only the first valid entry received will be counted; duplicate entries will be void. Entry requires providing a valid email address.
- Age Requirement. Entrant must be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and UPCI affiliation at any time and to disqualify any entrant or church that does not meet these requirements, whether discovered before or after a winner is selected.
4. HOW TO ENTER
During the Entry Period, an eligible representative of an eligible church may enter by visiting the Sponsor's booth at the 2026 General Conference and completing the official entry form, including the church's name, UPCI affiliation information, and the entrant's name, role/title, and contact information. Incomplete entries are void.
No purchase, payment, or donation is necessary to enter or win.
5. THE PRIZE
One (1) winning church will receive the "Stewardship Bundle," consisting of:
- Four (4) tickets to Motion Conference
- One (1) year of Church Accounting Software (subscription/license as offered by Sponsor's designated provider)
- One (1) year of UPCI Music membership
- One (1) Estate Planning Seminar, hosted for the winning church
- One (1) Church Risk Assessment, conducted for the winning church
No cash alternative, substitution, or transfer of the prize (or any prize component) is permitted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion, in which case Sponsor may substitute a prize of comparable value. Any scheduling of seminars, assessments, memberships, or software activation will be coordinated directly between Sponsor (or its designated partner) and the winning church following the Event, subject to reasonable availability.
6. WINNER SELECTION
One winning entry will be selected by random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its representative using a random selection method, on or shortly after the final day of entry at the Event. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION
The winner will be announced at the Sponsor's booth and social media platforms on or around Oct. 2. If the winning entrant is not present at the time of announcement, Sponsor will attempt to notify the winner using the contact information provided on the entry card.
Before being confirmed as the winner, the selected entrant and their church may be required to:
- Verify their authority to register and accept the prize on behalf of the church, and
- Verify the church's current UPCI affiliation.
If a selected winner cannot be verified as eligible, does not respond to notification within 7 days, or is found to be ineligible or in violation of these Official Rules, that entry will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected by the same random drawing process, at Sponsor's discretion.
8. GENERAL CONDITIONS
- Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or amend the Giveaway, or these Official Rules, at any time and for any reason, including if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway.
- Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it believes has attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway or acted in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
- All decisions of Sponsor regarding the Giveaway, including eligibility and winner selection, are final.
9. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By entering, entrants and their affiliated churches agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, the UPCI, General Conference organizers, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind arising from participation in the Giveaway or from the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible, or for any technical, human, or other error in the administration of the Giveaway or the processing of entries.
10. PUBLICITY
Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Giveaway constitutes the winning church's and entrant's consent to Sponsor's use of the church's name, the winning representative's name, likeness, and statements regarding the Giveaway for promotional and marketing purposes, in any media, without additional compensation.
11. PRIVACY
Information collected on entry forms will be used by Sponsor to administer the Giveaway and may be used to communicate with the winning church about prize fulfillment.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles, and, where applicable, the laws of the state in which the Event is held.
